Spell of nostalgia
The chilling sails of rustic winds
Wafted the scent of rainy roads
Fifty shades of those grey blinds
Draped the luscious curvy clouds
Droplets & dribbles flinched down
Twitching poppies & sparrowgrass
She called truce to brush drown,
Lost in reverie, her veil of daily chores
Muddy pathways that they tramped down
With cups of joe that also lolloped along
And endless talking spilt all over the place
Reliving memories, can't call it a day!
